Cities.dat: This file contains all the city advances that can be built. It also contains all the wonders, since any wonder has to be built in a city. It contains: the name, cost, requirements to build, technology or time experation, description, upkeep, and what the building/wonder does.


CityInfo.txt: This file contains all the city advances that can be built. It also contains all the wonders, since any wonder has to be built in a city.

ItemNumber, ItemName, Cost, upkeep, expires, Prereq, flags, model.

ItemNumber: A number for the computer.
ItemName: The name of the building/wonder.
Cost: How much the building/wonder costs.
Upkeep: How much does it cost per turn.
Expires: When will the building be no longer useful.
Prereq: What technologies are needed to build this.
Flags: Yet to be defined. In the civ game, all the buildings do a specific thing. You can change their names, but not what they did. I hope to fix this with flags. However other techniques may be better. Possibly functions.
Model: A model defining the looks of the object in the city.
