CityNames.dat: This file will be basically the same as described below, except for the following:
CityNames.txt: This file is used for creating the names of the cities the player makes. It keeps the program from forcing the player to enter a name. This file will work in one of two ways, and is a little more complex than the other file types. Each race can have a list, or all races can share a list. The list goes like so:
RaceNumber: This is the number of the race this list will be used for. 1 will be used for all races.
What the computer will do with these names is put them together randomly to make new and different names. This process is not very exact, and can come up with some silly names, but allows for more flexibility than that of a fixed name system. However NameWhole can be used instead to force a whole fixed name. The previous example could make a city name or Windy Bluff, or Dusty Falls.
